4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property

  • Scrape, bulk harvest, or misuse automation in a way that degrades platform or third-party destinations
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or legally required disclosures in any submissions

  • Trials and promotions: We may offer trials with eligibility limits or usage caps. Abuse may lead to revocation.

6. Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and clear. Unless required by law or expressly stated below, fees are non-refundable.

  • Trials. If a plan includes a trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Where specified, a refund request must be raised within the trial window.
  • Credit-based or usage-bound features. Where a trial or subscription is tied to credits or processed items, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you stop usage within the trial threshold or if Serrbi fails to deliver a material portion of the committed usage during a paid period.
  • Technical issues. If a reproducible technical issue materially prevents access to or use of paid features, contact support with details (screenshots, timestamps, steps). We will first attempt to resolve; if unresolved, we may grant a refund.
  • Legal cooling-off rights. Where local consumer laws grant a statutory cooling-off period for digital services, you may waive it by requesting immediate performance. If not waived and applicable, you may be entitled to cancel within that period for a refund, subject to deductions for any service already delivered.
  • Chargebacks and disputes. Please contact us first—we’re happy to investigate and resolve issues quickly. Unresolved billing disputes may be escalated via your payment provider’s procedures.
